Apple Craze!!

New Macbook 2008!
The new macbook is so cool with all the features. Aluminum case! Aluminum always appeals to me since it makes things look expensive and classy. Multi-touch pad! A new features that allow more fun with the macbook. LED Screen! LED screen is really a great feature since it makes laptop screen to be thinner which means less kgs to carry. External VGA! I dun really game with notebook but external VGA indeed is a great additions since it reduces processor n RAM works. Backlit keyboard is also available but sadly only for the higher priced ones. The new design is beautiful It has different aesthetic appeals compared to the previous macbook. The older macbook is styled to be uniform in colour and has smooth edges and rectangular shapes. The newer macbook is not as "rectangular" as the older ones but it has smoother kind of edges. It also appears in duo-tone color with black as the 2nd color. Macbook Pro is now made looks exactly like Macbook. A great disappointment since now there is no line to differentiate between consumer and pro class. Personally I prefer the older macbook pro design. It is more classic, uniform, and simple.

New Apple Ipod Touch 2nd Gen!
The new apple ipod touch is much much improved than the 1st gen. What I mean is that there're really fresh new features that Apple has done on it unlike the usual upgrades type of improvement. First thing that we can notice is the external appearance. Now it looks slimmer although it is actually fatter. The slimmer look is caused by the curves that it has. More over, now it has shiny back just like Ipod Classic. There is also speaker so that user can sometimes omit the use of earphone. Its battery is also said to have improved. Best of all, the price is getting friendlier for us customers ;).

Phone Craze

Im into phone/gadgets again! After several years of boredom, there is now some stuffs in phone that I am crazy about. Touch-screen technology, Accelerometer, PDA-phone trends...arghh....feels like a geek...in style! hahaha

Samsung i850 INNOV8:
Kind of great phone! 8MP cams (tho 3-5mp is redundant for me, a great feature still). Accelerometer (woohoo...would love to try this tech in games). 8/16GB memory (nice storage). Nice design...I really like this kind of design, just like my 6500slide; unfortunately it looks too big in my hand, had it a few milimeters smaller, it would be perfect. Got some metal parts into it...(haha Im really into metal looks stuff since it gives elegant and expensive looks). I hope the keypad would have a great tactile feel and does not hinder any typing experience.


Samsung Omnia: the Real Iphone++ if not because Apple's OS and nice fluid interface.

HTC Touch Diamond: I'll give it a pass compared to Touch Pro. It has a nice TouchFlo feature which is as good as Iphone's multi-touch stuff.

Iphone: Steve Jobs and all his techies are reallly good! (triple l's for that). Iphone is such a biug hit among people despite its lack of features...I myself amazed after seeing its fluid interface and multi-touch thing.

SE Xperia X1: I fall for this touchphone =D. Almost perfect in terms of feature and looks (brushed metal FTW!!). But sadly it lacks that good Accelerometer technology, full-featured keypad (again, compared to TouchPro), and good camera (damn....3MP only? i bet Sony can actually boost it to 5MP).

I am as greedy as a human can be...thus a new wishlist everytime =p.

-Macbook Pro
I am not into a macbook pro but this laptop suddenly got into me...the design, the function, the case material. The first thing that blows me is the new multi-touch function. Then comes the aluminium casing. And finally the simple smooth-edged design together with the lightness got into me. Performance and price is a no-no because actually price/performance it's not as good as a regular laptop such as a fujitsu or an asus. Also it has 15.4" screen which does not make it portable. It is also rumored to be very hot...but well....it simply blows me away.

-a Fujitsu S6510U / Asus V2S
This two laptop is simply good. Design and performance wise, they are on top of my laptop choice. Fujitsu is made in Japan and that is enough to make me fall for it. Asus has good design, durability and video-card performance. My dream is to have both this and a macbook pro....although that is definitely redundant.

-a PDAphone (SE Xperia X1, HTC Touch Pro, Samsung Omnia)
Usually one simple, nicely-designed phone is enough for me as I usually just use the SMS and calling function. But the new Iphone appeals to me due to its $199 price. As I researched more, I fall in love with this phone but I'm dissapointed with the 'fake' price and its performance. Iphone succeeds as a fashion hype phone but fails as a phone. It doesn't have a good feature as a phone.
My research led me to another 3 nice pda phone. Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, HTC Touch Pro, and Samsung Omnia. Samsung Omnia is like an upgraded Iphone but SE Xperia and HTC Touch Pro are way more better than that. They both own Iphone and have integrated keyboard. SE Xperia wins me with its brushed-metal design but sadly it has no accelerometer which should be a compulsory feature in these types of PDA phone. HTC Touch Pro has practically all the features n functions a latest phone should has but fails me with its plastic design and glossy surface (which will definitely attract fingerprints).

-a laptop messenger bag (Crumpler, Timbuk2, etc.)
I need a new messenger bag to pack every gadgets in. Timbuk2 is good with its simple design and nice customization it offers but price is really high for a bag.

I am wanting an Oakley Wiretap glasses for fashion purpose....

State of The Art PCs

Some of the greatest PC ever. True state of the art among PCs. All these PC cost lotsa grands but that's not the only appeal. It is designed greatly such that it becomes an 'electronic art'. Moreover the photography here boosts up the charm. It is simply my wish to be included in the million dolars pc.

Nike

Wish List:

Nike Sweet Lew. It is said that this is the predecessor of Sweet Classic series. I love the two lines above the sole. For the rest of the lines, I don't really like it because it makes the shoes looks too complex.

Nike Sweet Classic SL White. So far it's the simplest shoe from Nike, but unfortunately it was too simple even for my liking. But then, it's still good. Worth to spend my cash on.

Nike Sweet Classic SL JDsport. I love JD Sport UK seriously. They keep issuing nice shoes. Pure White/Black for the colour. They got a real taste for elegance IMO. This Sweet Classic that they issued is good because it's not as simple as its brother. It has two lines above the sole and BRS logo to add the accent and variation to the shoes. The shoes that I definitely want to get from Nike.

Nike has the least range of shoes that I liked. What's popular from them is their Dunk and SB series which I absolutely detest because of the BIG BIG tounge that they have. It makes the shoes look bulky. Doesn't suit my taste and leg at all.

Asics Onitsuka Tiger

Wish List:

Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 Yellow. This is a sweet one from Onitsuka lineup. It was used by Uma in Kill Bill.

Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 Copper. Another sweetie form Onitsuka Tiger. Nice color combination. Another good thing is the front part is not suede. Plain white leather is the best.

Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 Black Chameleon. Just another color variation. It's so hard to find the pure white/black so this black chameleon color combo is the closest. Basically what I like about tiger shoes is that they are low and it fits my legs and jeans better.


Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 Royal Blue. I tried this shoes once in Vivo's Tangs. I have a mixed feeling about it. In a way, I love its blue colour because it matches blue denims quite well. In another side I dun really like shoes with colors other than black and white. But well, this might be a good color variation in case I'm really desperate about that white/black Onitsuka.


Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 White/Black Special. I found this in a website called sportiela, it's said that its their store special issue. The Onitsuka Tiger that I really really want. Best color combination (or maybe it's just me who loves white/black stuff). Oh, another good thing about Onitsuka Tiger is they have perforation in their inside which is a big help in ventilation department.


Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 White/Black. The regular white/black Onitsuka Tiger. I found this in some Korean webstore. Again, the best color combination. Can't really determine which is the best if compared with the previous special edition one. This one has more whiteness which makes it looks cleaner and the other has black sole which adds more black accent and makes it looks more fierce. But, everytime I looks at the, I start to like this one more. Anyway, I dun mind if I could get my hands on either one of these shoes.

I started my liking Onitsuka Tiger just a while ago. I never know or give a glance to their line up until I saw some people using them. I see their shoes goes well with jeans...maybe because of their low profile, unlike some adidas which has high 'footing'. Only problem with their shoes is the price. They are quite pricy for a regular sneakers (though it's still acceptable for freaker-wannabe like me). I guess it's all because of branding and culture; their mexico has been popular since 1966 or so.

Puma

Wish List:

Puma Speedcat ST. Speedcat is the most streamlined shoes from puma motorsport lineup IMO. Futurecat, Driftcat, and other cats just have more 'ridge' and 'edge'. This puma speedcat ST has black logo and sole to contrast the white base color. Good colour combination.

Puma Speedcat L. Subtle difference from its twin, speedcat ST. The differences being only white front logo and sole instead of black. Not really preferred.



Puma Speedcat SL. Black version of speedcat ST. White logo and golden 'puma' word just to add variation to the sleek black base color. So far I can only find this sneakers in Japan sites.


Puma Speedcat L. Sibling of Speedcat SL. Differences are only black front logo and white puma wording. I like both this color combination and SL's. Can't really say which is better.

If possible I would like to buy both color combination of puma speedcat. White/black ST and black/white SL or L. It's hard to pick between either color combi. since both are just equally good. I start my liking of these slick shoes since I saw a drummer used them. The cam pans on the shoes when he did double bass. Really Cool! Dunno why, I was just like...WOW when I watched it. I decided that this shoes would be great when I do gigs. I suspect due to its streamlined design, it could go well with jeans just like onitsuka tiger shoes. Need to give it a try first though.

Adidas

Wish List:
Adidas Superstar 1. Ah, the all-so-popular superstar. This is the 1st superstar. Too bad I have superstar 2 already bcoz if not, I would buy this one instead. superstar 2 has fatter tounge, one thing that I kind of hate (I dun like Nike SB, dunk, etc. also because of this fat tounge thing). This shoe has thin tounge with gold wordings. Quite nice though I dun like the front part. Not so sleek IMO.


Adidas Stan Smith 2. Stan Smith is the cleaner lineup of Adidas. I think this is the second simplest adidas after gazelle OP white. The usual famous 3-stripes have been removed, only the perforations remain for air-ventilation. I love the black accents they add and the black sole. Another series, stan smith K, has better accent bcoz it's all-black in the inner part of the shoes. I was once in dilemma to pick between this Stan Smith 2 and that Stan Smith K. In the end I found out that the Stan Smith K really is for ladies. Quite shocked bcoz it looks just like this one! It should be a guy's or unisex shoes! Well, the fact makes me happy because I can escape from my dilemma but it also saddens me a bit because I love that all-black inner part :(.

Adidas Tie Break Plus. Tie Break is not my first sneaker (it was Converse All-star or one-star, I forgot) but it is what starts my craze about sneaker. As usual, Tie break series is sleek and simple. What differs my tie break from this one is that front part. Mine has perforation and this one does not. Moreover the front part of this tie break looks more like Chile, Samba, or Italia series of Adidas. Actually no point adding this into my wish list since I have Tie Break already but for collecting purpose, it's a must, hahahah :D.


Adidas Jerez Low 3. This is from Adidas' motorsport line-up. I had a good offer but sadly I was forced to pass because I was late in bidding it. Puma's motorsport lineup is better but this is good for an alternative and little addition in collection.


Adidas Gazelle One Piece White. A masterpiece from Gazelle. Superb whiteness. A black wording in shoe's tounge n heel part, and black sole are the only things to avoid plain whiteness. Just nice :). Sadly this is like EOL already. So hard to find it in Asia. Best I can try is Europe esp. UK. The new one issued is so damn ugly coz it has unclean white color added with stupid perforation. Total eyesore!

Adidas Gazelle. JDsports from UK issue this gazelle. Another great piece from gazelle series. Nice color combination. Simple n Sleek in short. Gazelle shoes is good because their front part is streamlined, unlike those superstars. Superstar's front has sorta kid-shoes feel IMO.

Fashion Stuffs

I used to be so blind and ignorant about fashion. Now that I go to college, I begin to know a bit about them.

Bags:
Want an M or L Crumpler, Timbuk2, Chrome, Manhattan Portage.
Preferred is Timbuk2 since their bag is color-customizable into my liking. Moreover, not many people use them in singapore. Crumpler is the real craze here -_-"


Wallet:
Wanting a BraunBuffel Helden Flap-Up Wallet or MOD Flap-Up Wallet. Quite nice these two wallets since they have coin compartment, lotsa Credit Card slots, and 4 multipurpose pocket. Superb functionality, good class.

Louis Vuitton Taiga Florin is also good. Though it doesn't have as many slots or multipurpose pockets as Braun Buffel one, it has classier looks and it is definitely more prestigious than BB. I love its grainy finish.


Watch:
Currently eyeing for Seiko Watches. Casio is OK but Seiko suits me better. Their Couture series is great. SNP017 is cool. Titanium color with perpetual calendar. Snp007 is also good, silver colour and perpetual calendar. What I can't stand is the price. Their chronograph series would be a good alternative. It is cheaper but looks too complex with all the numbers encircling the watch.

Shoes

Shoes is my latest craze. Love that white/black simple shoes. Hunting for them everywhere and waiting for any lobangs that might appear out of sudden.
